Our Return Promise

We want you to be completely happy with your BirdReel purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included
  • You must have your order number or proof of purchase

Items not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final-sale items (marked as such at the time of purchase)

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at support@birdreel.com or call 1-833-459-7770
  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return
  3. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us

Please do not send returns without first obtaining an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order. This ensures you get your replacement as quickly as possible.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping costs
  • All other returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
