How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days after your order is processed. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the United States.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship to addresses within the United States only. We hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

Where do orders ship from?

All orders ship from our warehouse in Denver, Colorado.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order from your account dashboard.


Returns & Warranty

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Visit our Return Policy page for full details.

How do I start a return?

Contact our support team at support@birdreel.com or call 1-833-459-7770 and we will provide you with return instructions.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Yes. All BirdReel cameras and electronic accessories come with a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. Visit our Warranty & Support page to register your product.

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Products & Compatibility

What do I need to use a BirdReel camera?

You need a BirdReel smart feeder camera, a Wi-Fi network (2.4 GHz), and a smartphone with the BirdReel app installed. The app is available for both iOS and Android.

Is the BirdReel camera weatherproof?

Yes. BirdReel cameras are designed for outdoor use and are rated to withstand rain, snow, and temperatures ranging from -4°F to 122°F (-20°C to 50°C).

How does the AI bird identification work?

The BirdReel app uses advanced image recognition to identify bird species captured by your camera. It can recognize hundreds of North American bird species and learns to improve over time.

What kind of birds will visit my feeder?

That depends on your location, the time of year, and the type of seed you use. Our team can help you choose the right seed blend for the birds in your area. Contact us for personalized recommendations.


Account & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure Stripe checkout.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your wishlist, and check out faster in the future.

How do I reset my password?

Visit the login page and click "Forgot your password?" to receive a password reset email.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes! We work with retail partners and Wild Birds Unlimited franchise locations. If you are interested in carrying BirdReel products, please visit our wholesale portal or email wholesale@birdreel.com.

I own a Wild Birds Unlimited store. How do I order?

Welcome! Please visit retailer.birdreel.com to create a wholesale account. You will need your store information and tax ID to get started.


Technical Support

How do I set up my BirdReel camera?

We have step-by-step setup guides and video tutorials on our Videos & Tutorials page. If you run into any issues, our support team is happy to walk you through it.

My camera is not connecting to Wi-Fi. What should I do?

Check out our Troubleshooting page for common connectivity fixes. Make sure your router is broadcasting on the 2.4 GHz band, as BirdReel cameras do not support 5 GHz networks.

How do I update the firmware on my camera?

Firmware updates are delivered automatically through the BirdReel app. Make sure your app is up to date and your camera is connected to Wi-Fi.
