1-Year Warranty
BirdReel provides a 1-year manufacturer's warranty from the delivery date. We will replace any defective parts or replace the product with a new or like-new product at our discretion for items with manufacturing defects under normal use.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
What's Not Covered
- Use of products in other than normal and customary manner
- Damage from misuse, accidents, water, wildlife encounters, or neglect
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect operation
- Product damage or bodily injury claims
