BirdReel Hummingbird Red Roof

My BirdReel hummingbird feeder roof broke where the hinge fits over a little nib to attach it to the house. I contacted customer service, and within a few days, I had a new roof. I’m so impressed with the way this company operates and takes care of the customer. The design of the roof itself could use an improvement to attach it more securely. The molded plastic just lends itself to easy breakage in an outdoor setting where it is exposed to all the elements. But overall, I’m very pleased with the feeder and camera and the interface with the app. I’ve gotten some lovely up-close views and videos of the hummers.
